Remove Conveyor Assembly
The conveyor assembly is removed in its entirety. Your conveyor belt and conveyor frame come out intact. All components will be processed for cleaning using our proprietary methods and checked for serviceability. No harsh chemicals are ever used. There will never be any chemical residue left inside your ovens.

Remove Dirty Oven Fingers and Air Flow Plates
Remove dirty oven fingers and air flow plates. Each oven finger and air flow plate is individually removed and ultimately disassembled for cleaning. Fingers will be properly reassembled per manufacturers design.

After removal of the conveyor assembly, oven fingers and air plates, the oven bake chamber is thoroughly cleaned without using harsh chemicals.

After removal of the conveyor assembly, oven fingers and air plates, the oven bake chamber is thoroughly cleaned without using harsh chemicals.
Reassemble the Oven
Once each oven’s bake chamber is cleaned of all burnt food residue, cleaned and serviced oven fingers, air plates and the conveyor assembly are installed in each oven. This is a three step process beginning with the fingers and the air plates, next the conveyor assembly and finally the front or end walls of the oven, depending upon the oven model in your store.

We are nearing the end of the process and now we ensure the conveyor oven is ready for the store's open and create the documentation of the cleaning process.

We keep a copy of each cleaning cycle report in your secure account for you along with photos (you can download report and photos) available for you to provide to your corporate entity upon their review of your franchise.
